WASHINGTON STATE HUNTERS & JUMPERS ASSOCIATION
The Washington State Hunters and Jumpers Association is pleased to announce its scholarship recipients for 2007. The scholarship program encourages and supports Association members that qualify to attend regional and national finals held outside of the State of Washington. This year, we had one of our largest applicant pools of members eligible to receive the $750 award (plus an additional $1,000 if more than one final was attended in different states). In addition, all applicants received an equal share of the monies raised throughout the year at special fund raising events held at our horse shows:
- The Judges Haircut Auction @ the Spring Inaugural raised $1,000
- The Pie Throw at the Judges and Show Officials @ the Spring National raised $1500
- The Dunk Tank @ the Evergreen Classic raised $440
- The Costume Class @ the October Classic raised $315
