Please remember the new 2006 Bylaw voted on by the membership to require participation in at least one qualified horse show within the State of Washington to be eligible for year end awards.
For equitation divisions, the rider must show, and for hunter and jumper divisions, the horse must show.
It is highly recommended that you review Article XI in the Bylaws - Section 3; number 2 and 10.
